Was honored to take a class at .inbalance today by ! And to my sheer delight was taking the class too!

Y’all, this was a pre-class picture…..imagine what I looked like after the jump board class!:). The class was challenging, fun, and fun-tastic. Carrie and the ladies of In Balance create a lovely space of caring and honoring of where you are at in that moment. Can’t wait to go again!

We are having a fundraiser for our client Deborah who is battling ovarian cancer for the 3rd time. is holding a charity ride on April 1st at 6:30pm. We will have a raffle and silent auction and all the proceeds will go towards alternative therapies that insurance won’t cover for Deborah’s treatment.
