It’s Baseball season… but Daiji is still locked in on basketball. That’s dedication.

Even without baseball-specific work, the functional training we do translates across all sports—building discipline, consistency, and real athletic growth.

And even while I’m away this weekend supporting my other guys, the work doesn’t stop. We still tapped in virtually. That’s commitment. That’s growth.

Most importantly, I always remind him—respect your parents. If you can’t be coachable at home, you won’t be coachable on the court.

What a game. What a moment.

Dhani Miller just left it all on the floor—double OT, biggest stage, and came out on top in the Chipotle Nationals semifinals. That kind of performance doesn’t happen by accident… that’s built over years of work, toughness, and belief.

Crazy to think I remember picking him up from aftercare as a 4-year-old, bringing him to the gym… from babysitting, to getting some training sessions in when I’d come back to Montverde… to now watching him shine under the brightest lights. Full circle.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. His resilience, his toughness, his growth—it’s been special to witness.

I’m excited to share that I’m back on the bench this AAU season as the Head Coach of the AurHaus Unsigned Senior Exposure Team with AurHaus AAU.

This opportunity allows me to draw on my experience from coaching at Montverde Academy and developing athletes through Triple Threat Athletes, LLC to help these seniors gain exposure and pursue opportunities to play at the next level.

I had to pleasure of being in attendance for an intimate conversation with Dr. Love, author of Punished for Dreaming. Hosted by the Wilmington Library and moderated by Eugene Young, who’s running for the lone congressional seat of Delaware. A Baller and a scholar. Love it!

Trained her from 6-12 years old 😢 when her baby sister was less than a year old. Now look at them. Growing so fast. Glad our star crossed and I got to catch up with them and their family tonight. When you train with me, I’m emotionally invested in you development as a person more than just a player. 🫶🏾. Truly appreciate everyone that came out to meet up with me.
