Divers Eric Proulx & Sandra Clopp recovered a prehistoric whale skeleton while hunting for sharks teeth off NC. Dr Harry Maisch & his team of students will reconstruct it!

Beautiful skate gliding through the seascape… then I spotted some partially exposed MONSTER MEGALODON TEETH! 🦈🌊😳

Chiseling out the high quality 6.2” megalodon tooth matrix piece! I went to pick up a massive tooth & it was frozen to the seafloor. We returned another day & carefully chiseled it out!
