Crocodile is a deeply restorative pose that looks simple but has powerful effects on both body and mind. Itโ€™s often used as a resting posture between backbends or at the end of practice. I use it at the beginning of all my yoga classes because it is super supportive, and you can literally just let go and ๐˜ฃ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ. โฃ

Crow Pose might look intimidating. But it's one we can all do with modification. The pose is really about trust, focus, and finding your balance one breath at a time. ๐Ÿ’œโฃ

You donโ€™t need to be a gymnast or super strong to try it. With the right setup (and a few smart modifications I show you in my video), anyone can start exploring this pose safely and confidently.โฃ
