Crocodile is a deeply restorative pose that looks simple but has powerful effects on both body and mind. Itโs often used as a resting posture between backbends or at the end of practice. I use it at the beginning of all my yoga classes because it is super supportive, and you can literally just let go and ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ. โฃ

You donโt need to be a gymnast or super strong to try it. With the right setup (and a few smart modifications I show you in my video), anyone can start exploring this pose safely and confidently.โฃ
