How did December catch so many waves?
Here are a few tips from Ryan RC Surf Instruction:
1. Keep your hands on the board until your feet are set
2. When paddling, keep your toes on the back of the board so you don’t tip forward
3. Place your feet in the middle of the board when you pop up
Want to get in surf shape before you go?
Do push ups to build pop up strength.�Practice the surf pop up (jump to your feet into a surf stance).�Build your cardio with running, rowing, or swimming.
