Goalies don’t have time to think.

They have to react.

This 58-second power series starts with 30 pounds of band resistance, forcing the athlete to produce more force with every jump. Once the bands come off, the body can move faster and more explosively.

Resisted jumps ➡️ Unresisted jumps

Build power.

➡️ Hurdle jumps for distance

Some reps were successful.
Some weren’t.
