Ainsley's Angels 8th Annual Frosty 5K Ainsley's Angels 8th Annual Frosty 5K is on Saturday January 24, 2026. It includes the following events: 5K Angel Pusher, Virtual, 5K Athlete Rider, and 5K In Person.

We meet at 6:30 @ The Venue at Wilmington Brewing Company Run Walk Jog Beer!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🍻 Also one of our beer-loving runner friends happens to be a dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition and disconnected eating. Tonight and the first Tuesday of every month, Lizzie will be giving a very casual 5-10 minute nutrition chat with an opportunity for Q&A. So far we have discussed hunger cues and Hydration! We learned some of us are saltier than others post run 🥵 So stick around tonight for a pint and some tips that won’t make you feel like you have to be a hardcore macro monk to ace your nutrition!
