• Greek yogurt + berries + honey
• Oatmeal + protein + banana
Short on time (15–30 min):
• Banana + whey
• Protein shake + ½ bagel
Better fuel = better output.
🔁 POST-WORKOUT (Recovery + Results)
Timing: Within 60 min
• Chicken, rice, veggies
• Eggs + toast + fruit
• Protein shake + carbs (on the go)
