East Coast Volleyball Academy is thrilled to welcome Brittani Jefferson back into the role of Club Director for the 2026-2027 club season. A cornerstone of the local volleyball community, Brittani brings over a decade of elite playing, coaching, and administrative experience back to the leadership helm.
Brittani’s deep roots in the Wilmington volleyball scene began in 2013 when she first joined Cape Fear Volleyball Club. A standout athlete, she played at Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) from 2013 to 2015, where her dominant performance earned her All-Region selection honors. She then took her talents to the next level, competing for the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2015 to 2016.
Driven by a passion for growing the sport from the ground up, Brittani returned to Wilmington in 2016 to transition into the front office, successfully managing the club’s administrative operations from 2016 to 2021. During this time, she also made significant waves in the collegiate coaching ranks, serving as the Assistant Coach for CFCC (2016–2017) before stepping up as the Interim Head Coach for the Sea Devils in 2017.
Brittani’s championship pedigree was further cemented during her tenure at Coastal Christian High School (2021–2022), where she masterminded a spectacular run to a State Championship victory.
In 2023, Brittani made her highly anticipated return to East Coast Volleyball Academy, taking the reins of the 16 Teal squad. Since then, she has headed the 18 Teal team and established herself as a premier force in player recruitment and development. To date, Brittani has been an integral part of helping over 25 athletes secure collegiate roster spots across NCAA Division I, II, III, and Junior College levels—including an impressive eight college commits in the last two years alone.
With her extensive background as a collegiate athlete, championship-winning coach, and proven administrator, Brittani is uniquely equipped to lead ECVA into its next chapter of excellence, mentoring coaches and inspiring the next generation of athletes to reach their highest potential. 🌊

East Coast Volleyball Academy East Coast Volleyball Academy is the largest and most successful Wilmington, NC volleyball club. ECVBA offers indoor training for ages 6-18, club teams for ages 10-18, camps, clinics, beach training, and lessons for indoor and beach.

We are excited to announce the addition of Brittani Jefferson to our administrative team. Brittani will be an Associate Club Director for the upcoming season. Brittani has been coaching for over 15 years at the college, high school and club level. She has been a club director at ECVA in the past and we are excited to have her back with us in a full time position! Everyone that knows Coach Brittani knows how great she is on and off the court, and we could not be happier to have her knowledge, work ethic, and coaching background back in our Admin full time to help us keep growing for the 2026-2027 season!
