The great thing about a game store that sells Pokemon and MTG cards alongside Disc Golf… you have options for protecting your special cards you had signed at USDGC.

On Tuesday, we were old guys playing disc golf. On Thursday, we were big kids, enjoying the experiences of USDGC. An amazing event if you ever have the opportunity to attend.

They’re sticklers about those tie breakers at the NC Senior Games State Finals. Tied my good friend for 2nd, but 7-under on the back nine earned me the silver medal, 2 shots shy of the win. Great day and a fun, challenging course at George Sappenfield DGC.

Podium was tight this week. I would have rather finished lower than missing the win by one. 🥹

Survived the day. Just for my part… 105 holes, 6 courses, 194 throws (31-under par), a little over 8 miles, and supportive friends and family donating $424 for the during Throw for More event. We earned these today at .

One hundred and five holes played over 6 courses and this one came down to the final tee. Gonna need a break after this.
