Progress isn’t a straight line.

This chart shows my last 8 weeks — down 16.4 lbs, but full of ups and downs along the way.

Every spike you see? Water, sodium, hydration — not fat.

This is mid-comeback.

I let life pile up. Business stress, late nights, bad sleep, easy food… I stopped prioritizing myself.
