Hello everyone! My name is Gavrilo, I am the new dive coach at UNCW. We are working on getting the club up and running again. I know there have been many changes in the past two years, but I hope to bring some consistency moving forward. Currently, we are looking at October to start the club. I will keep everyone updated on this process and look forward to meeting you all!

New Diving Coach for WDC update!
As many of you already know Timmy Pearce has moved to a new coaching opportunity in San Antonio Tx. The WDC coaching position is and has always been a coach who has been a coach at UNCW. This is due to the arrangement to use the facilities as well as it ensures the team has a well-qualified certified AAU and USA Diving-sanctioned coach. UNCW has just posted for a full-time diving coach position. We hope to have a new coach in the coming months. As soon as we have a new coach I will post it and have them take over this site.

Good day for WDC. Jack finished 1st on 1m 12-13 and Jason was 9th in his 14-15 3m debut.
Jack 3m and Jason 1m tomorrow.
So jason was 15th in prelims. Which places him at 50th in the country. Super proud of him!
Congratulations Lucy! 27th in the country on 3m! Way to go in your first nationals!
Lucy 26th in prelims-56th in country on 1m.
Jason 17th in prelims-47th in country on platform!
Great start for WDC at USA diving jr nationals.
Congrats to Lucy placing 4th on 3m! All three levels qualified for nationals.
Jason finished 13th on 1, but has qualified for 3m and is alternate for tower.
Jack 15 on 1m.
7 events 4 qualified events and one alternate. Not too bad for a small club.
Great job by all the divers this week! Only going to get better!
