Our group classes are strength training-based and we offer full access to our schedule:

Monday–Friday:
🕔 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am (Shower available 🚿)
🕛 12pm (Mon/Wed/Fri only)
🕒 3pm, 4pm (Mon/Tue/Fri)
🕓 4pm, 5pm, 6pm (Wed/Thu)

Saturday:
🕖 7am only

Super shout-out to Jen!
In just over a month, she’s down 10 pounds ⚖️ and over 3% body fat 🔥—talk about dedication!

Jen is a proud 5 a.m.er ⏰ who shows up, puts in the work, and leads by example every single day. No matter what challenge I throw her way, she’s always game 💪🏿—pushing herself harder and motivating those around her.

Her tenacity and passion for fitness are contagious 💥 and it’s been amazing to see her growth.

She’s got a few more goals ahead, and I can’t wait to help her crush them as we roll into summer ☀️. Keep pushing, Jen—you’re a rockstar ⭐ and an absolute gem in our gym fam. Let’s keep it going!

🚨 4-Week Partner Accountability Fitness Challenge Alert! 🚨

Hey everyone! We’re kicking off a brand new 4-week fitness challenge starting April 21st through May 19th, and this time—it’s all about teamwork! If you need that extra push and someone to keep you accountable, grab a partner and let’s go!

Here’s how it works:

👥 Two people per team
💰 $150 buy-in per person
🏆 Two winning teams: SPLITTING POT DOWN THE MIDDLE‼️
• One team will win based on highest percentage of weight loss
• Another team will win based on highest percentage of body fat loss
(Note: A team cannot win both. If the same team has both, the next team up in either category will win one, based off of highest percentage if this happens.

💪🏿Workout at least 3x per week & check in Hybrid Fitness 302 on Facebook each time you train
🥗 Meal plan included – Choose between intermittent fasting or structured meals every 2.5–3 hours, with a full food list to help you stay on track!

Open to the Public!

Not a current member? No problem! You can still join for $150 ($50 goes into the prize pot)

🚨FREE WEEK at Hybrid Fitness – April 14th–19th!
(Friends & Family Week!)🚨

Hey guys! Just wanted to give you a heads-up — next week is Friends & Family Week at Hybrid Fitness!

From April 14th to April 19th, you (or anyone you know who’s been curious about Hybrid) can come try a full week of workouts completely FREE.

No strings attached — just sign the waiver and you’re in.
(Link to waiver coming soon!)

Class Times:
Monday–Friday: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am ⏰ (and yes — we’ve got a shower at the gym!)
Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 3pm, 4pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 12 noon
Saturday: 7am

All group classes are strength training based 🏋️‍♂️ and run about 50–55 minutes. I’ll be coaching all of them that week — so come train with me!

🔥 Shout-out to Frankie Bonilla! 🔥

This man absolutely crushed our 4-week challenge, earning 3rd place with some incredible results—down 10.7 pounds and 3.2% body fat in just four weeks! His dedication and work ethic speak for themselves.

Even with a busy schedule, Frankie makes sure to carve out at least an hour a day to better himself, proving that there are no excuses—only commitment. His perseverance and drive are truly next level, and if you’ve ever been in the gym with him, you KNOW he’s putting in the work (because you can hear him pushing himself!).

Frankie, we all appreciate your energy, your motivation, and the example you set for everyone around you. But we’re not finished yet—we’ve got more goals to smash, and I know you’ll keep pushing until you get there.

Let’s get it, Frankie! Keep up the grind! 🔥💪

🔥 Client Spotlight: Caitlyn’s Incredible Transformation! 🔥

Huge shoutout to Caitlyn—she’s down 22 pounds and 2% body fat! This powerhouse has been absolutely crushing it, showing up 5 days a week, pushing past limits, and proving that hard work and consistency pay off.

As a former Division 1 softball player, Caitlyn has always had that competitive edge, and it’s been amazing to see her channel that same drive into her fitness journey. But what’s even more inspiring? She’s doing all of this while being a busy mom of two young kids AND an amazing wife. She wakes up early to get her workouts in, showing that when you’re committed, you make it happen!

Caitlyn is the definition of determination, grit, and discipline. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be prouder of her progress. Can’t wait to see what’s next on her journey!

First off, I want to give a huge shoutout to everyone who came out to our First Annual Ugly Sweater Party this past Saturday! 🧥✨ I had an absolute blast, and I hope you all did too. It truly means the world to see everyone come together, have fun, enjoy some great food and drinks, and just celebrate the season with good vibes.
