No yoga tonight at 6:30!! Heads up... Thanks guys, come Wednesday 9am!!

Thursday's 10:15am class will be moved up to 9:00am

6:30 am, 9 am yoga wednesday and 12:15 as well as 6:30... there will not be a 10:15am!! Hope to see you there, if you havent given it a try yet, first class is free!

Congratulations to our own Melissa Hoff who took First Place in Class A and Third Place in Masters 35-39 at this past weekend's Jen Hendershott's NPC All Women's Weekend Figure Competition in Charleston SC. Her approach to training and dieting for the competition was less than conventional and commendable. She used WSC's PICP Methods for hypertrophy (muscle growth) training with CrossFit Wilmington's metabolic conditioning and interval workouts for "cardio". Instead she completely shied from long cardio sessions on the treadmill. Melissa utilized the BioSignature Method, the superior method for body fat testing and fine tuning of diet and supplementing. She maintained a strict Paleo Diet to reach her less than 8% body fat, never carb loading or depleting. It's notable Melissa completed a Half IronMan Triathelon only two weekends ago... obviously not something many figure competitors do when only a few days from going on stage.

A new yoga class taught by Heather will start this Thursday at 10:15am

Classes will be held in the new space tomorrow, Friday... 2020 Capital Dr. - in Murraysville Station! So excited about it, it's closer than u think and wow! Is it big!!

FYI : there will not be a 10:15 class in the morning, Thursday Oct 18- due to the move, classes will hopefully convene Friday morning! Check out the new place, huge rooms and no noise and still close-by!! Hope to see you soon, Tara
