Banana Bread π w/ Maple Syrup π
Ingredients
β’ 3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
β’ 2 eggs
β’ 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
β’ 1/3 cup maple syrup (I used 3/4 in this video)
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β’ 1 tsp baking soda
β’ Pinch of sea salt
β’ 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Optional: cinnamon, chopped walnuts, pepitas, dark chocolate chips, etc.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Grease or line a loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
3. Whisk in melted butter/oil.
4. Add eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla β mix well.
5. Stir in baking soda and salt.
6. Gently fold in flour (donβt overmix).
7. Pour into loaf pan and bake 50β60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let cool at least 15β20 minutes before slicing.
Storage
β’ Counter: 2β3 days (wrapped well)
β’ Fridge: up to 1 week
β’ Freezer: 2β3 months (slice first for easy grab-and-go)

π§ Honey-Kissed Buttermilk Waffles (No Sugar)
Dry:
β’ 2 cups all-purpose flour
β’ 1 tbsp baking powder
β’ Β½ tsp baking soda
β’ Β½ tsp salt
Wet:
β’ 2 cups buttermilk (room temp)
β’ 2 tbsp Manuka honey (melted)
β’ Β½ cup melted butter (cooled slightly)
β’ 2 large eggs, room temp/ bonus if you separate the egg whites!
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β¨ Method
1. Preheat waffle iron fully (very hot = crisp caramelization).
2. Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk + Manuka honey & butter until fully dissolved.
4. Add eggs and vanilla to the wet mixture.
5. Gently combine wet + dry. Lumps are okay β donβt overmix.
6. Let batter rest 5β10 minutes.
Then let your waffle iron do the rest!
I created this for dry, dehydrated skin that longs for deep nourishment and a butter that melts effortlessly in your palms.

Salt + pepper your steak and let it sit out 30 mins.
Sear in a HOT pan with a little oil β donβt touch it for 3β4 mins. Flip.
Now the magic:
Add butter, smashed garlic, fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme.
Tilt the pan and spoon that melted herb butter over the steak for 1β2 mins.
This is key π Allow the steak to R e s t for 10 mins.
π Crispy Golden Fries
Cut potatoes β soak in cold water for 30 mins to achieve crispy fries!!
PAT DRY EXCESS WATER WITH A TOWEL ππ½
Toss in a light coating oil + and healthy dose of salt & paprika.
Bake at 425Β°F for about 35β40 mins, flipping halfway.
Golden. Crispy. Add a little extra salt at the end.
π Garlic Butter Mushrooms
Hot pan. Butter + splash of oil.
Add mushrooms cap side down
Flip after a few minutes and mushrooms begin to shrink.
Let some of the juices flow out before removing π
Add garlic + a little thyme.
