Turns out size does matter. At least when you’re painting a nine-foot mandala. 😏

We’re putting the final touches on the studio. Grand opening details coming soon. 🖤🤍

Why Ember & Earth?

Because yoga is supposed to be a journey through the self, to the self. The goal isn’t to become more like everyone else, it’s to become more fully yourself.

At Ember & Earth, you don’t need the right vocabulary, the perfect practice, or a closet full of Lululemon. You don’t have to look, dress, think, talk or move like everyone else to fit in.

You don’t even have to drink that disgusting matcha and pretend you like it. We’ve all suffered enough.

We’re focused on real growth, not performative growth. The kind that can be messy, personal, and impossible to capture in a perfectly posed photo.

Come as you are. We mean it. 🖤🤍

Downward dog had some serious competition yesterday. 🐶

Puppy Yoga at The Eagle’s Dare was equal parts movement, puppy cuddles and complete chaos—in the best possible way.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us, The Eagle’s Dare for hosting and paws4people for bringing the real stars of the show. 🤍🖤

We’re already planning the next one!
