The Ramsey's Farm Inaugural Pumpkin 5k Dash and 8 mile Smash is less than a month away(SEP 22nd). Come support 3 great local charities (United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware, The Ministry of Caring Inc., Delaware Farm Bureau Foundation) and win some prizes while you are at it. Prizes will be given out to winners of both the running and walking categories. Not to mention, the first 100 people to sign up will also receive a free race T-shirt with the race logo.
