Empowering you on your journey toward whole-person holiness through physical fitness, one workout at a time! We offer personal training, Group Exercises classes, and other fitness events and programs. Our facility boasts a weight room, cardio room, fitness studio, full-court basketball gymnasium, and racquetball courts.

Experience heights up to 120 feet while secured via cable on our Red River Gorge Via Ferrata. You’ll hold iron foot and hand rungs, climb ladders and cross bridges with 4 levels of difficulty.
