With that in mind he created Welkin to integrate planning, engineering, surveying and construction management services. He has helped create 6200 subdivision lots and hundreds of acres of commercial and industrial uses. Selected projects for which he has been responsible are listed inside this brochure and below:
~ Tri-County Center, a 24-acre commercial planned development that included a plan map change, creek & wetland relocation and site & sensitive lands reviews
~ Sunrise Center, a 20-acre comprehensive plan and zone change from industrial to commercial that included realignment of the Sunrise Highway.
~ Finley Sunset, an 80-acre master plan for a cemetery.
~ Lighthouse Marina, a 400-acre project with a marina, golf course, apartments and office and retail uses.
~ Rancho Murieta, a 477-acre project with 1300 dwelling units and roads, bridges and surface water structures
