Life came back FAST the moment I returned from Greece two weeks ago.
Back to running the studio, my 1:1 clients, weekly teaching, hosting a local retreat, booking 2027 retreats, co-hosting a supper club, hiring new staff…😅
That familiar hum of “go, go, go” settled right back into my body, and honestly, it felt like a shock to the system.
I almost always feel a reverse culture shock coming home from retreat. But every time, I realize the retreat was never meant to be an escape. It’s practice for real life.
There’s so much about Greece I want to share with you all, so I thought I’d start here with these thoughts because this is something I teach, and still have to practice:
The reset is the easy part. Integration is the work.
Anyone can feel calm on a beautiful island. The real question is, can you hold that feeling when you’re back in real life?
In Greece, I got clear on my vision for this next season. Now that I’m home, my job isn’t to create a new one. It’s to build a nervous system that can hold the one I already set.
So here’s what I’m practicing:
✨ Protecting my mornings before the world gets in
✨ Noticing when my body tightens, and slowing down instead of pushing through
✨ Coming back to the feeling, not just the goal
This theme has become the inspiration for our first retreat experience of 2027, right here in Delray Beach.
I can’t share all the details just yet, but I’ll tell you this: it’s a full day designed to help you reset, clarify, and become the one who can hold the life you’re creating.
More to share very soon. 🤍 In the meantime, join the waitlist (link in bio) to be the first to know, and to get first access and early bird pricing.
