Tone-up is a 45-minute cardio-pumping and full-
body strength workout that challenges you to move in multiple planes to achieve your athletic and weight management goals. Each week focuses on a current conditioning theme, including Metabolic Conditioning, Tabata, and Strengthen and Lengthen. Please bring a mat, 5 pound dumbbells and water.
