Memorial Day can bring all forms of emotions to the surface. We are proud to share that is hosting a talk this Wednesday evening at St. Mathew’s Church here in Wilton.
With the recent tragedies in our area it is extremely important to share experiences and have honest conversations.
Mental health is just as important as physical and requires the same level of respect and understanding.
Come be a part of this nourishing environment and help our kids and communities become healthier.

We were so happy to host our 3rd Annual Murph Challenge today and to have such a great turnout!
Murph is a memorial workout on behalf of a fallen soldier. Every year, gyms around the country use it as a form of community building.
It is an opportunity to challenge yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. It is an opportunity to remind yourself that you are physically and mentally capable of doing hard things and are privileged with a body and mind capable of that and so much more.
It is also an opportunity to remember those we’ve lost and keep them with us by saying their name and bringing their memory to the front of our hearts and minds.
We are so proud to be joined by several officers from as well as our coaches and clients!!
We hope everyone enjoys their Memorial Day weekend.

Need a little winter cardio motivation?
Try this one out!!
During Pt 1 focus on full effort during sprint and maintain core support.
During Pt 2 try and approach all 3 rds consistently.
This is more easily done if you are an experienced echo bike rider and know how your heart rate and body will respond.
During Pt 1 I totaled 23 calories during both warmup rds.
During Pt 2 my numbers were:
3:12 (311 avg. watts/ 65 avg RPM)
3:09 (324 avg watts/ 66 avg RPM)
2:52 (352 avg watts/ 68 avg RPM)
3:07 Average Time
Clearly I can push the early rounds more now that I know what my physical response is going to be.

In July of 2022 I decided to take a huge risk and move CTFL to a much LARGER space in .
On Feb 13th 2023 we opened our doors to help as many people as possible find their path to better health and fitness.
There have been too many memories and amazing moments over the past 3 years to put into one post but between the , the 5ks, the yoga classes, the competitions, the birthday workouts, the , the Christmas parties and the countless AMAZING clients that we get to help on a daily basis, it was by far the most terrifying and BEST decision I’ve ever made!
Thank you everyone for your trust and patience and we look forward to continuing to help this community grow and stay healthy for a long time to come!
Cheers to 3 years!……and counting!
