For those parents who are still looking for camps to entertain the kids this summer, it's not too late. You can still register your child for our summer camp program.

Wilton Sport and Fitness Summer Camp Program 2021 is 10 week day camp program. For seven weeks we do a Multi-Sport Camp. The other three weeks are for the Soccer Camp. Our program is open to boys and girls aged 6-12 of all ability levels from beginner to advanced. We offer a wide range of activities that accommodate all kids needs.

We know that week-long summer camp sessions may not work for every family. Some families have rotating work schedules or a parent working outside the home part-time. Lots of families just need to fill some holes in their summer child-care schedule. Wilton Sport and Fitness is offering single-day enrollment as well. Drop-ins for every day of our summer camp program are welcome if space is available.

You can register for a full week (four or five days) or book a single day online. We also allow last-minute drop-ins if space is available.

Developing Workouts. Your main job responsibility as a speed and agility coach will be to develop workouts for your athletes and clients. ... You will develop daily workouts for each athlete, factoring in not only drills, but also training frequency and recovery time.
Also train groups of athletes during 60-minute sessions that include technical speed skills, mobility, and joint stability exercises. Develop challenging, functional and innovative speed/multidirectional exercises. Instruct and correct athletes body position when performing exercises or drills.

WSF provide kids programs-- we make it fun for kids to develop motor skills, sport skills, fitness and coordination. We run fun-filled classes and birthday parties for children ages 1 to 10. We work with toddlers, pre-k, kindergarten, and elementary school children.

Instructors lead and assist in structured classes for children ages 1-10. They also will have the opportunity to learn how to manage WSF Program operations. All positions have incentives and bonuses with opportunity for promotion and upward mobility. Morning, afternoon, and weekend hours available. One weekend day/weekend is required. (Year round employment, seasonal hours only not available.)

Qualifications: A WSF coach should be an outgoing, strong leader who loves having fun and being around children.

Past experience might include being a teacher, educator, actor, performer, camp counselor, coach or even a clown -- as long as you enjoy having fun with kids. A background working with youth and/or experience in dance, drama, movement, sports, music, child psychology, kinesiology or early childhood development is a plus.

Our spacious fitness training and cardio room has a variety of the best Cybex equipment that will allow you to teach a combination of spin, rowing, and strength training.

INDOOR TURF FIELD
FIELD dimensions: 75X105 feet. 7875 sq feet field.

Our gym is a mostly filled with Independent professional Personal trainers running their own company within the facility. Your business needs to be related to the fitness industry in some way, excluding Physical therapy. We do have an independent physical therapist in another office. A different part of our business is an Athletic performance Facility. Our dual purpose is the perfect for an any sport coaches, or any other fitness related business looking to contribute to the wellness of a large clientele. We will work with rent pricing for start up companies. Many options are available. You must be a professional with certifications or appropriate licensing.
