Candlelight yoga makes a comeback on the schedule this week- offered on Wednesday night at 7 PM.

Yoga Class schedule week of May 18, 2020:

Namaste!
It’s hard to believe we are entering the 5th week of the “shelter in place” order.
The theme of all classes this week is the patience.
Together, let’s focus on finding patience for ourselves & others this week.

I am truly grateful for our yoga community.
Now more than ever it is important to keep up with each other as well as our fitness & wellness routines.

I am grateful to be able to connect many of you via online ZOOM classes until it becomes safe to meet in person again, allowing you to keep up with your usual group class from the comfort of your own home!

I will be following our regular group class schedule with a few new additions, as well as private personal training and private yoga sessions.
