Kathy Drake is a certified Yoga Fit and AFAA group fitness instructor and holds a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology. Private sessions are 1 hour.

Start your day with sun salutations to open the body followed by deep breathing and meditation to quiet the mind. 45 minute session

If you are unable to join us via Zoom, I sincerely hope that you will continue your yoga practice on your own. The quiet centering benefits of yoga are important during this social distancing period.
Please note, I’m happy to be flexible where I can if there’s a time that works better for you than what’s offered. If you prefer a different time or day or type of class please let me know! We are all home and flexible these days so I’m open to suggestion we navigate this new way of meeting!

Yoga Class schedule week of May 18, 2020:
Namaste!
It’s hard to believe we are entering the 5th week of the “shelter in place” order.
The theme of all classes this week is the patience.
Together, let’s focus on finding patience for ourselves & others this week.
I am truly grateful for our yoga community.
Now more than ever it is important to keep up with each other as well as our fitness & wellness routines.
I am grateful to be able to connect many of you via online ZOOM classes until it becomes safe to meet in person again, allowing you to keep up with your usual group class from the comfort of your own home!

I will be following our regular group class schedule with a few new additions, as well as private personal training and private yoga sessions.
