New in the tack shop: Grey Horse Candle Co. candles 🐴🕯️

🤠 Horse Husband: for the guy who signed up for one horse girl and got the whole barn. Oak, leather, orange, clove and musk.
🏆 Show Day: early bath, packed trailer, a 5-minute ride. Now your house can smell like it too. Leather, grass and flowers.
🐎 High End Saddle: for the tack junkies. It smells like the whole tack store. Sold out right now, but back soon!
🍎 Stable Spice: apple, citrus, cranberry, spice, wood and dried clove. Perfect for the holidays.

11 oz soy wax jars, hand poured in the USA. When the candle's done, keep the jar for braiding bands and other barn odds and ends.

🌟 Meet Danny! When it's mealtime, Danny can't hide his excitement. He does a happy little paw dance every time his feed comes his way. 🐾 We love a horse who appreciates his dinner! Drop a ❤️ if your horse does a happy dance too!

Horses are obligate nasal breathers — their soft palate seals off the mouth completely. A horse physically cannot gasp through its mouth, no matter how hard it's working.

Which is why anything blocking a nostril is an emergency, not a "watch it and see." No backup system.

07/16/2026

A horse won't go flat on the ground unless it trusts what's around it. Everything in them says stay standing, stay ready, stay able to run.

That's most of us, most of the time.

He's not just leading you somewhere safe. He is the safe place.
You can put it down.🤎🤎🤎

He thinks he's brushing a horse. He's not. He's learning to notice — where she's sore, where she leans in, when she's had enough. Care and connection. Two things God asks of us long before He asks anything else.

Caring for your horse the way we'd want ours cared for — that's the standard, and it's the kind of work worth doing well.
