Failure to provide the requested information for your nominee(s) may result in the nomination not being presented to the Board for consideration.

These positions are appointed by the Board of Directors, not filled through a public election. While recommendations may be submitted by the public, the Board will review all candidates, discuss each position during our board meeting, and then vote to make the appointments.If you would like to recommend someone for one of these positions, please email us at [email protected]
