Owner and head coach Kristian Woodmansee was invited to Heros Elementary Career Day. He spoke with grades 2nd through 5th about being a retired professional athlete, owning a business and affiliation, and coaching the next generation of black belts on and off the mat. Thanks to Heros for having us!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mothers who are within our Anthem family. The moms who balance work, training and family. The ones who fill the water bottles, pack the gi’s, drive to and from classes, cook the late night dinners, and give extra love after a tough training day. The moms who show up for themselves on the mats, even on the days they’ve given all they can elsewhere. We see you, and we know we couldn’t exist without you.

We rise by lifting others.

This camp is open to all - members and non members. Pre registration only.
