To help students learn the importance of effort and discipline in achieving goals for tennis and life The list goes on…

Philosophies:
- Maintain a balance: Excellence in tennis requires discipline, but so does academic excellence. Academics should come first as it is critical for acceptance into college. High Performance (Sectional/National) play, however, requires significant sacrifice.
- Focus on Improvement first, then Performance and Finally results: Players must first learn tennis skills and to apply those

Congrats to Lyla and Tristan on their great showing at the National Level 5 in Rome this past weekend! Lyla captured the girls 18s singles title, while Tristan finished 6th in the Boys 14s. Both are putting in hard work each day to make this a reality - up before school doing workouts. Proud of them for the hard work they put in day in and day out.

Congrats to Millie on capturing the Girls 18s title at the USTA National Level 5 in Rome this weekend! She has worked very hard over the past year and despite a long time away from tournaments has returned stronger than ever!! Go Millie! She also teamed with her training partner Lindsey to make the finals of doubles - way to go ladies!

On Thursday night we had 13 tough players. 33°. 25 mph winds. 2 hours. 🎾🥶💨
And not a single complaint… just effort, grit, and great attitudes from our Beck Tennis Academy crew.

I’m seriously proud of these players. This is what resiliency looks like—showing up when it’s uncomfortable, staying locked in, and finding a way to get better anyway. 💪🔥

We may have lost feeling in our fingers… but we gained confidence, toughness, and a whole lot of momentum.

Hot chocolate reward = earned ☕️✅

Tristan and Lyla continue to shine. Tristan finished 3rd in singles and won the doubles title at the National Level 4 in Macon last weekend, while Lyla made it to the semi-finals of both singles and doubles. They are putting in the work both on and off the court! Keep it up!
