May is drowning prevention month! Here are a few reminders to keep your babies safe! 🙌🏻🫶🏻💙🩵
Some days I just sit back and think… I can’t believe this is my job. This is my career.
It never feels like “work” in the traditional sense—it feels like purpose. Getting to spend my days with these kids, building relationships, guiding them, and watching them grow is something I don’t take lightly. They truly become like my own, like family, and that connection means everything to me.
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🤍
Swim season is in full swing here in Florida, and with sunshine comes a lot of time spent in the water. While it’s one of the best parts of living here, water safety becomes just as important as the fun itself.
Creating a safe environment—whether it’s a pool, lake, or beach—gives parents peace of mind and lets kids enjoy every moment with confidence. From supervision and swim skills to simple safety measures, it’s all about being prepared so the focus can stay on making memories.
Because in a place where water is part of everyday life, safety isn’t just a precaution—it’s a priority.
Sometimes this is exactly how my brain feels… going a million miles an hour 💭
Remembering every name, what each child is working on, making time to connect with parents, building trust with the kids—it’s a lot to hold, all at once.
But it’s also the part I take the most pride in. Because beyond the lessons, it’s about connection, trust, and making every child (and parent) feel seen and known 🤍
I found the something 💙🫶🏻
Somewhere between the spins, the splashes, and the tiny moments of breakthrough… I fall in love with this work over and over again.
These swim kids show up every day with courage, learning to trust the process, their bodies, and me. And in return, we build something so much deeper than just a skill—we build a bond.
As an ISR Instructor, watching that trust grow into confidence is everything. The spins become smoother, the fear turns into determination, and little by little, they realize just how capable they are.
It’s more than lessons. It’s connection, trust, and confidence—built one swim at a time. 💙
Nothing makes an ISR Instructor’s heart happier than floating babies 💙
That quiet moment when they trust their skills, find their back, and just float—it’s everything. It’s safety, confidence, and independence all wrapped into one tiny, powerful milestone.
These are the moments we work for. The ones that turn lessons into life-saving skills and little swimmers into confident, capable kids.
Floating today, safer tomorrow.
As an ISR Instructor, I always encourage families to think about high visual supervision. Bright swimwear helps caregivers quickly spot children in crowded or active water environments, adding another important layer of safety.
The power of confidence is EVERYTHING 💙
2026 swim season is gearing up! If being around water with your kids makes you uncomfortable, let me help. I am now taking reservations for May! Don’t wait, these lessons fill up quickly.
