The ATHLETE STRENGTH PROGRAM enhances sports performance by improving strength, power, core stability during the offseason.

Registration for the Summer Athlete Strength Program is now open to athletes in the Windham area.
Sessions are designed and coached to improve strength, power, stability, and enhance athletic performance while developing injury resistance.
Athletes entering grade 6 through high school
Tues & Thurs - June 19th-Aug 12th
Sessions: Tue & Th 1:45-2:45pm
or
Tue & Th 3:00-4:00pm
$360 for the 16-session summer program.
