Traditional Japanese Karate Polished Mirror Budo Karate (aka Meikyo Dojo) is now offering classes in Kyokushin Karate, a traditional system of Japanese karate.
We emphasize both the traditional aspects as well as modern self-defense applications. Consistent training in the dojo can yield many benefits including: improved strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility and self-discipline. These mental and physical gains are easily applied to everyday life.

This past Saturday we held our first in-house tournament. Eight of our kids from ages 7-12 attended, testing their kata and kumite skills. We had a number of impressive performances. A huge shoutout and thank you to our adult students who came to help officiate.
