9 Unexpected Things That Happen When You Abandon Your Workout Routine What happens to your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength and power when you don't work out for a while, due to illness, injury or lack of time.
I design workouts that are different each time so the muscles don't get used to the exercises. There is no heavy/dangerous weightlifting like crossfit, but I use the trx, dumbells and body weight. Safety is my priority, and any exercise can be modified to fit your needs, protect joints, and help an injury. The idea behind it is to incorporate a full body workout with weight bearing exercises and cardio all in one. Rather than spending 2 hours in the gym or an hour on the treadmill, the 45 minute workout is much more efficient!
