July challenge incoming 🏃
Accumulate **31 miles of running in 31 days** and you’ll be entered to win a $50 LSKD gift card.
Run before class, after class, on the weekend, or wherever you can fit it in. It does not have to be fast, but it does have to be running. Not biking, not rowing, not walking.
Think of it this way: it is about 10 minutes a day, or you can do fewer longer distances, as long as you hit 31 miles by the end of th emonth.
This also lines up perfectly with our Mayhem monthly challenge and will help build your endurance before we re-test the mile run the week of July 27.
Challenge runs July 1 through July 31.

This month we’re taking on the Mayhem 1 Mile Challenge.
The goal is simple: test your mile, train with intention, then retest at the end of the month.
We’ll start with a baseline 1-mile run on July 1. For a scaled option, we’ll offer an 800m run or a 2000m row with the same intent.
This is not about sprinting the first 400m... you know when you come out too hot in a WOD? Same thing applies here.
It is about pacing, breathing, mental toughness, and learning how to hold a sustainable effort from start to finish.
Success looks like:
Controlled pacing
Strong effort without early burnout
Staying relaxed under fatigue
Finishing with a kick
We’ll retest the week of July 27 so you can see what changed after a month of focused training.

Programming update!
We’re excited to announce CrossFit Endure has joined the Mayhem gym family! As of today, we'll be following Mayhem programming at CrossFit Endure.
What does this mean for you?
Mayhem is one of the most respected names in CrossFit, built by Rich Froning, a 4-time individual CrossFit Games champion, and has been home to athletes at every level, from everyday gym members to CrossFit Games competitors.
You’ll see thoughtful strength work, conditioning pieces, intentional progressions, and workouts that will challenge the best of us but can be adjusted for where you are that day.

Give it up for Austin, our June member of the month. Austin has been living out what CrossFit is really about, both inside and outside the gym.
He shows up consistently, works hard, stays coachable, and brings the kind of effort and attitude that makes everyone around him better. But it’s not just about what happens during the workout. Austin continues to carry that same discipline, resilience, and commitment into life outside the gym too.

Mimosas & Hip Mobility! Join us Saturday, June 20 with Steph Boyce, DPT, for an educational workshop.
This workshop is designed to help you better understand how hip mobility impacts the way you move, train, and feel. Steph will walk us through practical mobility work, helpful education, and simple takeaways you can use inside and outside the gym.
Whether you’re trying to improve your squat, move better in workouts, reduce tension, or just learn more about how your body works, this is a great opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and spend some time focused on moving well.
