IMPORTANT: If you received an email from the Board that your USA Swim membership was not paid or renewed, that must be done before the meet. If you can't show us your USA Swim membership number, you will not be allowed in the pool.

WIN Families! Thank you to those that have already volunteered to help with tonight's meet! If you haven't already signed up, we still have some openings.

-2nd Half Clerk of Course (2 People)
-2nd Half Head Timer (1 Person)
-2nd Half Timers (Need 6 People)

Practice
Our 1st week of practice has been going great so far! We have 1 day left... I wanted to send an update going into our last practice of the week at the SC Indoor Pool

Fun Day Friday
Friday is a Fun Day Friday practice! :) This Fun Day Friday is unique because it is the only practice that swimmers can bring a friend! 😀 We would love for our swimmers to bring a friend (hopefully a friend that might consider joining Winfield Swim Club)! We do ask that you make sure that friends that come are confident swimmers. A play day at the SC Pool is not an ideal interaction for young inexperienced swimmers.

8am - 13 & up - Water Polo
9am - 8 and under - Stuck in the mud, sharks and minnows, diving ring/stick games
10am - 9-12yr old - Water Polo & Stuck in the Mud

If you haven't signed up/registered yet... there is still time. If you know of someone on the fence, let them know it is not too late. Please make sure that all registration is done by Sunday, May 24th! 😀 This allows us to get prepared for our first week of outdoor pool practice!

Communication
We will use our registration program to communicate via email and text messages.
Login into your registration account and add people that need to stay informed. Add emails and phone numbers for nannies, memes, papa's, funcles, & siblings. This is an easy way to keep them all in the loop. We will primarily use email to communicate. We will use text for last minute reminder and/or weather cancelations, etc.

Commitment & Accommodations
While we want every swimmers at every practice and meet, we understand that families have a life outside of Winfield Swim Club. Please communicate (email prefered and in person reminders/texts) when you have a conflict or desired accommodation. We are happy to work with you. We want Winfield Swim Club to compliment your family's summer schedule.

Winfield Swim Club Home Practice takes place Monday-Friday mornings for 1-1.5 hours based age/skill level. We swim in the Great Plains Swim League under Missouri Valley. Dual swim meets happen on Tuesday evenings. Swimmers under age 6 please contact our head coach at the email below for approval.

There has been some confusion & miscommunication concerning our practice schedule for this week. The emails sent out earlier today are incorrect. Here are the correct times:

8:00 a.m. - Ages 13 & Up
9:00 a.m. - Ages 8 & Under
10:00 a.m. - Ages 9-12
And yes, we WILL have practice on Friday.
