The Winfield Recreation Commission is hiring an Aquatics Director! We’re looking for an energetic, dependable leader to oversee operations, programming, and staff at the Southwestern College Indoor Pool and Winfield Aquatic Center.

Starting at $50,000 + Benefits

Aquatics management experience is preferred, along with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
