Wolves Summer Slam Tournament Champion! 🎣
🏆Skye Sarnowski 🏆

In an ABSOLUTELY EPIC battle to the last second (literally, read on!), Skye Sarnowski led, then rallied to prevail over Mackenzie Rewolinski by the slightest of margins... 199" to 198.75"!

Check this out...down nearly 20" heading into the final weekend, Mackenzie overtook Skye for the lead with only Labor Day Monday to go!

Skye was back on the water Monday, and a whitebass she landed and scored at 6:41pm gave her the .25" advantage for first! But it wasn't over...story goes that Mackenzie and her mom went fishing from 9:00-11:59pm trying to upgrade a fish to steal the victory! Unfortunately they couldn't find a final fish to upgrade --- but the story and memory of that final effort will surely last a long time!

Way to go Skye and Mackenzie, on a crazy competition to the very end!! The effort, determination and skills on the water you both have is very evident!

The victory is a repeat for Skye, as she is crowned as back-to-back Summer Slam Champion!

Our event included current team members, incoming freshmen, recently graduated seniors, alumni, parents and coaches! It was so fun to see all the photos and catches come in all summer long! From shore, bridges, kayaks and boats --- fish were being caught and memories made!

We are getting down to the nitty gritty in our Wolves Summer Slam Tournament -- it all comes to a close Labor Day at midnight!

The catches and submissions have slowed as anglers already have full cards of fish and are looking for those upgrades!

Senior Skye Sarnowski still leads the event with 197.5" and a strong 13" advantage over second place Finn Sullivan, who has 184.25"!

Skye is looking to repeat as tournament champion in this event! Can anyone make a late charge and steal the crown!?!

Who will be the highest placing alumni member and adult parent or coach? We are excited to see how it all shakes out!

End of July...LEADERBOARD UPDATE ⚠️🚨 in our Wolves Summer Slam Tournament!! 🎣🎣

This is turning out to be quite the competition, and we've had some moving and shaking in the top 20 anglers!

Skye Sarnowski has expanded her lead in the derby after landing a 45" musky and several other recent fish upgrades on her scorecard!

Finn Sullivan has rocketed up the board and now sits in 2nd place, followed by Mackenzie Rewolinski in 3rd, Dylan Marvin in 4th and Brennan Jaeger in 5th!

With over a month left to go, it's still anyone's game! Tourney runs thru Labor Day!

We have well over 30 participants, and had some newcomers to the event enter their first fish over the month of July! It's awesome to see all the current team members, incoming freshmen, alumni, parents and coaches setting the hook and competing this summer!

After not having a single musky entry in last summer's event, James Sarnowski (49"), Skye Sarnowski (45") and Wyatt Noffke (42") each have put great fish on the board over the last month!

BIG FISH ALERT!! 🚨⚠️🚨
Briar Vroman with a tank walleye at 29.5" to jump atop the walleye leaderboard in our Wolves Summer Slam Tournament on the FishDonkey App AND he takes the lead in our July incentive for the biggest 'eye this month earning a special Rapala Walleye Boom mystery tackle box prize!

This one will be tough to beat!! Great fish Briar! 🤙🎣

Awesome morning on Lake Michigan chasing King Salmon 🎣 with Hooked Up Sport Fishing Charters, LLC !!

Mackenzie, Skye, Brennan and Noah earned this trip for being the 'Top 4 by the 4th 🇺🇸' in our ongoing Wolves Summer Slam Tournament!!

They were joined by Coach Kolbe and Coach Perzentka for some early morning action in Sturgeon Bay! We left the dock at 3:30am and before all the lines were set the drag started peeling and the hookups began! Two triples and a handful of doubles highlighted some 🔥action -- and this fire came with no smoke -- just salmon!!

Can't say enough about the experience provided by Dean Gordon and first mate Grant...these guys were laid back, fun personalities and worked their tails off on the boat. If you are looking for a great charter out of Sturgeon Bay, we'd highly recommend Hooked Up Sport Fishing Charters!

Wolves Summer Slam Tournament

Skye Sarnowski is back on top of the leaderboard, by the slightest of margins (.25") over Mackenzie Rewolinski! Hot on their heels in the top 5 are Dylan Marvin, Brennan Jaeger and Noah Jaeger...all within close striking range of the top!

It is a crazy tight race in our super fun summer derby! It's been awesome to see all of our current team members, incoming freshmen, alumni team members, parents and coaches partaking in this event! Fish catches and upgrades are coming in constantly and it's great to see so many out on the water!!
