July 2025 swimming lessons registration is now available through the City of Winnemucca website, winnemuccacity.org. Effective immediately, all updates regarding pool schedule, swimming lessons, and unexpected pool closures will only be available through the City of Winnemucca website or app. The Winnemucca Municipal Pool page will no longer be updated with current information.

The pool will be closed on July 4th
For the week of June 16th-20th (Monday thru Friday), morning lap swim will take place 5:30am-8:30am to accommodate swim lessons. Afternoon and night schedules will not be affected.

The pool will be closed tonight (4pm-7pm) for graduation. Have a day class of 25.
The pool will be closed Saturday for open swim 12-3pm due to high school grad parties. We will still be open 10-12pm for lap/walk.
The pool will be closing at 9am on Friday May 30th to accommodate WGS park day.

The pool will be closed Monday for Memorial Day.
The pool will be closing Friday at 10am on May 23rd to accommodate Sonoma Heights 3rd grade classes.
The pool will be closed for open swim on Saturday May 17th 12-3pm. Lap swim will still be available 10-12pm.
