These guys are great leaders and role models for our younger players, showing them what it means to play the game the right way. They move the ball well, bring a ton of energy every time they step on the court, and are always locked in defensively! 🔥✨️

We are looking for an energetic, dedicated Head Youth Basketball Coach to lead our program and inspire the next generation of players!

🌟 What You’ll Do: Lead & Organize: Plan and execute engaging practices focused on skill development, basketball IQ, and team chemistry.Coach & Mentor: Manage games, implement strategies, and provide positive, constructive feedback to players.Build Community: Foster a supportive environment where athletes grow both on and off the court.Communicate: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding team and player progress.

👀 What We’re Looking For: Prior coaching or playing experience (youth sports experience is a major plus!).Deep knowledge of basketball rules, drills, and strategies.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.A positive attitude and a passion for mentoring youth.Ability to pass a standard background check.

👀➡️ 8 Orange is a great group of hoopers who competed from start to finish of every game! 💪 Throughout the season each and every one of them continued to improve individually and as a team. 📈 Very unselfish group who always looked to make the extra pass and share the ball. 🤝🏀
