8/22, tomorrow will be our first rodeo of this 26/27 season. Hope everyone is as excited and ready as we are!! We wanted to touch base on a few things since we have some new families/new contestants coming so I wanted to give some details about awards and age groups, and things such as that.
✅We will be waving the long sleeve rule tomorrow, shirt must be tucked in and boys must have a collar
‼️Please do not allow children to play, run, or hang out in the restrooms or newly opened area.
These spaces are for their intended use only. Please help us keep our new facility clean, safe, and respected.
✅0-5 age group, we do not do points/payout, prizes are given at end of year..they can ride up in the 6-9 and get points/awards (prefer no lead ins in 6-9 but we will allow for beginning of season and/or the contestant can have help)
✅contestant can ride 2 horses but only 1 goes to points
✅ if you’re in the older age group you don’t have to be there at 10 but text if you’re still coming, we will know to leave you in the draw BUT fees have to be paid before your event starts
✅if you enter online and do not text or show up to pay fees we will assume you aren’t coming and you will be taken OUT of the draw
✅after day sheets are posted please do not sign up online, will not check website after 5/6:00 On Fridays
✅after 5 text all entries to 351-0553
‼️please be mindful of us starting on time/keeping things running smooth and accurately. We will call when pay outs are ready please don’t let children play or hang out at announcer stand unless their name has been called
💰The only fee changes are:
Mutton busting is now $20 (not $15)
Processing fee is $5 per contestant (not $10 per family)
This helps with office fees, arena fees and help, etc
No charge at the gate for spectators/families!
Cash only for fees!!
