Structured warm up - Every summer we have a new structured warm up that remains the same for the entire Szn. This year our warm up consisted of these foundations.
Two Step, bounce, rock, body roll, and isolations.
Through out the szn it’s cool to see everyone develop these foundations and then move them into the choreo and party grooves later in class. Good job dancers 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
