We are a fitness studio located in downtown Winooski Vt. SxB® stands for Strength x Balance, it is a method, a lifestyle and a real good workout.

It was created several years ago by Master trainer and CEO of SxB, Susannah Shulman. The method is an amalgamation of traditional strength training, Pilates, Yoga and ballet like movements; there are also just the right amount of cardio intervals to challenge the most seasoned fitness enthusiast. I am definitely made of spaghetti sauce. I am also definitely going to go to noon class today because well I’m the teacher and I’m sore AF but if I wasn’t going/teaching at noon I would definitely go to 5:30 Pilates class w/ . Sign up.

I was not sure how this mornings class was gonna go. It’s very much a class that always has the same people in it; people who know my teaching style, know the method and my rhythm. It was so awesome seeing all 20(!) of you killing it. I love you and I love sharing my Sunday mornings with you. Shoutout to for showing us how it’s done.
