Quinn's Personal Development Plan:

Assets - Quinn has an amazing release but has the potential to upgrade her abilities by increasing the frequency of shooting inside her footwork and not planted on two feet.

Focus: to increase shot volume and on net frequency to increase goal scoring specifically on lateral/diagonal routes to the net and off the pass (transferable scoring tactics).

1. Learn to use release inside deceptive feet (stutter steps, decelerations, accelerations)

2. Using tactical skating (decelerations, taking ice) to preserve shooting space and increase off the pass shot frequency.

Rebuilding tactical rush profile with !

Based off of our analytics, Morgan OZ entry profile is 68% on her forehand side outside the dots.

Taking this high frequency area we rebuilt her tactical skating to create advantages and increase her success rate as well as explore more opportunities to create entries through the middle of the ice.

With her elite asset base and these few tweaks, we can't wait to see the transfers the rest of the season!
