Calling ALL BUSINESS OWNERS in Brookberry Farm! OUR FINS Swim Team needs your support! Will you consider becoming a corporate sponsor this year? Did you know that 140+ kids in Brookberry Swim on the Swim Team? They learn valuable life skills and are a part of a FUN community team but registration fees alone does not support the team. Enfinity Swim is offering Summer Swim Prep classes. This program is designed for swimmers who are not currently training with EAC but want a jump start on summer league—and for families looking to get their swimmers confident, prepared, and excited to race.

We had a great mock meet yesterday! It was great to see so many of you supporting the Fins! We were so proud of how well our swimmers did, especially with very little practice time so far this season. They deserve many congratulations not just for getting in that very cold water and swimming hard, but also for being supportive teammates today! All of our FINS did amazing and should feel very proud! Go FINS 🐟🧡💙🧡🐟

Join Brookberry Fins at City Meet!! Meet Location: Bolton City Park Pool; 1590 Bolton Street in Winston Salem 27103

Fun Fact: There is a section of the Bolton Pool that is open during City Meet, so families can beat the heat in the pool in between their swimmer’s events!

Theme: Disney “CARS – Life is a journey – Enjoy the Swim!” There is a Team Spirit Award presented to the team with the BEST meet Theme display at City Meet

Session 1: 6 & Under; 8 & Under; 9-10 age groups

Warm up (assigned): 8:00-9:25am

Meet start: 9:30am

Session 2: 11-12; 13-14; Open age groups

Warm up: 1:00pm

Meet start: 2:45pm. Events: Please see the attached Order of Events for each session. Each swimmer is limited to 4 individual events and 2 relays including the MIXED relays (you do not have to swim that many!). Please choose which events your swimmer would like to swim and SIGN UP through the attached Sign Up Genius link for your age group session. You can list the events including relays for your swimmer in the Comments section.

Cost: Each family is responsible for payment for City Meet. There is a charge of $8.50 per swimmer plus $6.50 per individual event and $12.00 total per relay event. Once you sign up, you can plan to Venmo me, Lindsay Hinshaw (-hinshaw-1) and I will collect our team money and make one total payment to TYDE.

Coaches: Many of our coaches will be swimming at City Meet including our fearless leader, Head Coach Jenny Calder! However, we do ask that each swimmer has one parent/supervisor in attendance at this meet for the entire session.
