I want Full Circle Yoga to be about more than touching your toes in a cute outfit. We are all familiar with Asana, that's practicing the postures and the whole stretching part...but there's a lot more. One of the other limbs of yoga(there are 8 in total) is Yama. Yamas are basically the practice of being a good person. We are all familiar with the golden rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” With Thanksgiving just around the corner we have a glaring opportunity to practice this.
I will be hosting a food drive through Full Circle Yoga. The logistics are not in place yet, but if you would like to be involved please reach out to me.
