No fancy yoga clothes required.
If you can breathe, move, and laugh at yourself, you’re qualified.
One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga is that you have to be flexible before you start. That’s like saying you need to know how to play piano before taking lessons.
Most of our students didn’t walk through the door touching their toes, balancing on their hands, or knowing the names of the poses.
They simply showed up.
Yoga isn’t something you earn access to by being good enough. It’s a practice that helps you move through life with more calm, become stronger, more mobile, more aware, and more comfortable in your own body over time.
So if you’ve ever thought:
“I’m too stiff.”
“I’m too old.”
“I’m not in shape enough.”
“I’d probably be terrible at yoga.”
