When I started my weight loss journey I had no idea where to start. The only thing I knew for weight loss was endless hours on the stair climber and cutting out carbs š (what a joke). That worked, but I was hungry, tired, and miserable.
Once I learned to fuel my body properly and prioritize strength training my whole life changed. I was getting stronger, leaner, and FELT like I was eating more than I did when I weighed 300 pounds.
