On Sunday 14 August I will coach two sessions at JDL at 7 am and 8 am. These sessions will focus on proper running form and overall strength.
When you work to improve your running with structured workouts that emphasize running form with drills and total body strength, your running will improve. You will get faster with less fatigue and wear-and-tear on your body.
Challenge yourself to get faster or more fit, or both!
Each session will have different theme…. There's plenty of room to stretch and run more mileage after the session ends.
FREE for this week 14 August…… starting 21 August….. ONLY. $5.00 drop-in

“ drills will improve your running form in many ways—by strengthening key running muscles, by improving your range of motion via exaggerating some aspects of the running gait, by improving the communication between your nervous system and muscles, and by making you more mindful of good running form.

Aim to do these drills at least twice a week, even if doing so means cutting your run short. You don't have to do them all every time. Rotate among the ones you need most. The payoff from the time invested—greater speed and less injury risk—outweighs what you'll get from another couple of miles.”
