FiTness50andbeyond is back on track sorry we didnt post anything for
a few weeks-a month my arm is feeling well again! and in the gym today here is what we added: some thingy that you can do many exersizes with and a real proffesional mat and a real punching bag not a silly bag stuffed with random things a real punching bag thats it! anyways the date is unknown when FiTness50andBeyond will have its grand opening on so please keep an eye on our page every now and then thank you - junior instructor
FiTness50andBeyond is moving the grand opening to september 26 because the Junior Instructor tripped and fell down concrete steps & broke his arm so he cant do the FiTness50andBeyond grand opening with a broken arm so he is currently in a cast thank you for your understanding! btw this happened saturday the 27th!
