🔹What kind of effect has the gym had on your family/work/social life? It has helped me to prioritize family, find a work-life balance, and not get burned out or have a short fuse.
🔹Advice you have for someone wanting to try EVLV Fitness : Just try it! There are so many levels, you can start anywhere, and the community is there to help along the way. They helped me. 🥰

🔹What do you do for work? I’m a stay at home mom. 💙💙💗
🔹a Goal outside of the gym you are most proud of accomplishing: Graduating with a Masters in Strategic Communications
🔹Something about yourself not everyone would know: I grew up taking dance, all kinds. I like to dance, I’m good at it, and I’m half Honduran, so I love a good beat! 💃🏽
