โฑ๏ธ CLASS TIMES: 5:30AM & 9:00AM
๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Workout:
- 1 Mile Run
- 100 Pull-Ups
- 200 Push-Ups
- 300 Squats
- 1 Mile Run
The Murph Challenge is a grueling workout in honor of Navy Lieutenant Micheal P. Murphy, a fallen hero of June 28th, 2005.
Wether you are a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, come push yourself for a great cause.
